Starting the season off, again on the right foot, Matthew and Paula have garnered another award at the NE Florida Games in Panama City. It was only a second this time, however, but a nice looking plaque.

Report from the NE Florida Scottish Games: Best Clan and Tent. At the Northeast Florida Scottish Games, Clan Stewart has again gained special recognition. Florida State Co-Commissioners Matthew and Paula Stewart, under the fine leadership of RHC Cathy Gieger (who wants to be sure you know that she wasn't actually there), hosted a fine tent and were honored with an award for it. Here is what it looked like:

Panama City Scottish Games and Festival

Region III High Commissioner Cathy Geiger accepts the Panama City Festival's Best Clan award for 2009 on behalf of CSSA for the Festival chairman.

She was assisted at the festival by recently appointed new Florida State Commissioners, Matt and Paula Stewart. (Apparently, Fred was too tired to make this on, too, after a number of games in Texas and elsewhere.)
