2011 Festivals and Games

Ken Stewart reports from the latest Texas Festival that they had 22 soles in attendance and he received the Best Clan Tent Award.

2010 Festival and Games

Here's a report and some pictures from Lisa Polk on the 1st Cowtown Cletic Festival at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Ft. Worth, Texas. "Excellent weekend weather, lots of visitors, lots of stories shared. 20 Clans were in attendance in the Clan Village. CSSA tent took trebuchet shots at Clan McKay, who were great sports about it.

We had a report from Ken Stewart for 2010 for the Texas Scottish Festival (Arlington, June 5-6). Ken reports that Kevin and Nancy Stewart were able to come down from Pennsylvania and that Fred Stewart presented an award to Paul Carl for his database and membership work. Here are some photos.

Tent Row at the Festival	Stewarts on Parade. The parade features Fred, Paul Carl (our membership chair), Ken's daughter and friends, and his two sisters, Gege & Debbie. Lillian Carl is in there too.	Ken's youngest daughter Mallory and Piper. Piper won best of breed, best of class, best in cutting, and 4th in "Wee Beastie" (costumed canines).
